Autumn Elegance Wedding Cake Masterclass (2-Day Intensive)
Workshop Date
27TH-28TH SEPTEMBER 2026 (SUNDAY-MONDAY) 9AM-4PM
Create a breathtaking statement wedding cake inspired by the rich colours and organic beauty of autumn. In this immersive two-day masterclass, students will learn how to recreate this elegant two-tier design featuring a modern burnt-orange finish and a dramatic arrangement of handcrafted sugar flowers and foliage.
Throughout the course, students will develop essential sugar flower techniques while creating a stunning seasonal floral composition that combines romance, movement, and natural texture. Guided step-by-step, you will learn how to make and assemble a collection of realistic sugar flowers, including a striking dahlia, a delicate David Austin rose, a classic rose, clematis blossoms, seasonal filler flowers, and autumn-inspired foliage.
In addition to flower work, students will learn how to professionally cover a two-tier dummy cake in fondant and recreate the soft burnt-orange marbled effect featured in the design. The class will also cover floral arrangement principles, composition, wiring techniques, colour balance, and the safe assembly of a large floral cascade for a polished, competition-worthy finish.
